Microsoft Windows for 64-bit Extended Systems
Background:
It is always good to embrace new technologies, especially when they have the potential to start a small revolution. Well the AMD64/x86-64 extensions found in the AMD Opteron & AMD Athlon 64 series CPU's is this technology.
Microsoft is currently in the process of developing a special Windows edition for the AMD64/x86-64 CPU's. This edition is called: Microsoft Windows Server/XP/Longhorn for 64-bit Extended Systems.
Recently Microsoft made Beta 1 available to the public here. That is great, however, the lack of 64-bits drivers for this Windows version is not so great. Since I'm only one of the many enthusiastics out there, I started collecting all kind of driver for this latest Microsoft OS and making them available to the world. You can find the link below.
